Course Description
Esports Foundations is designed to deliver the base knowledge of concepts that learners will need to understand to excel in their academic studies, the esports industry, and, eventually, their career paths. Learners are introduced to the interdisciplinary nature of esports and the various opportunities associated with the industry, such as business, digital media, and event management. Additionally, the content reinforces core educational aspects such as reading, writing, communicating, and critical thinking. By the end of Esports Foundations, learners will better understand how various topics and stakeholders interact to create a flourishing ecosystem and learn how to apply the concepts to their personal lives.
