Course Description
Esports Management and Operations is designed to equip learners with the knowledge needed to enter the esports industry, select a CTE cluster or career pathway, or continue pursuing esports coursework at the collegiate level. The course introduces learners to the skills needed in various career clusters and pathways related to esports. Learners will explore the fundamentals of business, digital media, management, and IT, amongst other disciplines, all through the lens of esports. By the end of the course, learners will understand how to plan and organize an esports experience and will facilitate the successful completion of an event.
